Pros

Great benefits Understanding and empathetic management in my department Kind and helpful coworkers

Cons

A needless and unnecessarily punitive push to return to work has removed virtually all remote options and made them hybrid, despite there being no true business need for it. Citi is inflexible in this regard, and it's obvious that they're only doing it to maintain a sense of control over their employees rather than out of a real business concern.
