At Citizant... I know where I fit. I know what I bring to the table. I am acknowledged for my hard work. I am encouraged to be creative. I participate in tasks outside my comfort zone. I am trained in the areas I need improvement. I talk to my leaders and they listen. My leaders talk to me and I listen. I work with superstars. Superstars make me want to be a superstar. I always get the support that I need. I know where my career is heading at Citizant.

Cons

You'll always find naysayers and negative people in every company. It's ironic that these people tend to be the low-performers, and are always the first to leave once they realize people are noticing. We aren't a big company. We will notice. If you don't intend to put in 110% and are hoping to get lost in the crowd, don't apply here. Please.
