Great family-like culture. During the government shutdown period, the management and all employees worked like one family to support and save those who got impacted. The company really cares its employees. Big Thumbs UP for Citizant! Flexible working time and friendly work/life balance. Great benefits - offers free health insurance for employee only in 2020! Great training and learning opportunities for growth. One's hard work gets recognized and acknowledged by the management.

Cons

Not much to complaint. Not many projects available for SDEs though.

Pros

Citizant is a great company to work with. They really take good care of their employees. I have been with the company for almost 3 years and they have been really generous when it comes to personal and professional life. The CEO does a great job when it comes to listening to her employees and working on their issues. They have a firm foot in the government contracting and make sure all employees are comfortable working on their projects.

Cons

Better communication in individual teams.
