Pros

The owner, Alba, was great. Great benefits especially orthodontist. Received bonuses and raises every year. My contract allowed for teleworking when needed and during bad weather.

Cons

Not many opportunities for promotions. Managers kept incompetent staff on projects and expected competent staff to do extra work. In a firm fixed price contract, a few of us were expected to work late and on weekends without compensation.

Pros

The thing I like best about this company is that it allows me to work remotely from home and flexible working hours. Also we have a very enthusiastic and passionate CEO who really cares about the employees and the clients that we serve.

Cons

Constant change in senior management is a distraction. Citizant is a contract company. When the contracts are gone, most likely you'll be gone. But it's the nature of this business.
