Pros

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The CEO and management team really care about their employees. The culture is the best I've ever worked for, everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes and communication are excellent, and everyone is willing to help each other and lean in regardless of position/title. My supervisor Pam Schoppert, VP of Human Resources and Quality provided 2 full weeks of 1:1 time with me to make sure I had a thorough understanding of my position.
