      Pros

      Citizant is a "Truly Employee Focused" Company. Citizant CEO is energized and works with all staff. Upper Management works well with employees, project managers . Great diversity and inclusion.

      Working in the Government area is always challenging

      If you're part of the "in" crowd you'll be fine (directors, and executives)

      Most of the employees in the company get taken advantage of. The "we care about the employees" is an act. This company is all talk and no actual progress.

      Pros

      We just experienced the longest government shutdown in the history of America. And despite the fact that some of our employees were 'shutdown' not a single one of them went without a paycheck during the entire time. The company demonstrated how it lives its Values. It has a RESPONSIBILITY to the employees of the company to make decisions based on providing a BETTER FUTURE for its workforce and not the 'bottom line'. It honored its REPUTATION by being compassionate to not only its employees, but all that were impacted. Those not impacted continued to DELIVER EXCELLENCE to their customers. Employees that were not impacted voluntarily donated over 2,000 hours of leave to protect their fellow Citizants. The entire company was DRIVEN to ensure each and every Citizant employee remained just that, employees!!!! If you are looking for a new home, and you want to work for a company that puts you ahead of everything else, Citizant is the place for you.

      While benefits are better than average, they could always be better.
