Ability to Work from home depending on project.

Cons

Unless someone in upper mgt is your friend there is no room for career growth. Majority of the team leads and so called PM has the ' look out for themselves' attitude. With the many changes to Sr. Mgt things have gone downhill and have not picked back up yet to a stable environment.

Flexibility to WFH and a very down to earth CEO

Cons

Not a great company to work for if you wantn to balance life/work. Want you to work long hours/weekends and not get recignized for it. Too many circles due to upper mgmt hiring their friends. People who come along outside the circle with an idea or suggestion get shut out and laughed at behind their back for trying a new approach. Lack of communication from upper mgmt on a project. Company does not welcome new ideas if you are not apart of the circle.

Pros

Citizant's size makes it a great place to grow and learn. Company officers truly care about each employee and it shows everyday. Employees a hand picked, every single one has incredible talent and provides real meaning to the company's purpose. Support services are fantastic when compared to other companies with twice the manpower. Departments such as HR or Recruiting do so much so well, you'd think they were 8x the size.

Cons

As with many government contractors recently, projects have been dropped and have hit contractors hard. Larger companies can insulate ripple effects from losses, however Citizant's size causes turbulence to be felt across the entire company.
