Pros

Dedicated employees that really want to do their best. Some of the management team are very effective and supportive. Good benefits. HR and payroll departments/employees very responsive and helpful. Good PM's that do well with the corporate challenges/limitations they face.

Cons

Senior management are puppets and just do/say what they think will help them keep their jobs rather than offering valid, constructive feedback. High turnover. Employees scared to disagree with senior management unless they want to be ostracized and/or eventually terminated. Employees spend more time talking about the dysfunction at the top rather than doing their jobs.

Pros

They pick up lunch every now and again.

Cons

There are way to many cliques, not to mention, a ridiculous amount of backstabbing. If you're not part of the "in crowd" watch your back. The HR Department is a joke. Some upper management employees only work 6 or 7 hour days, while everyone else is expected to work 8 or 9. If you're on the chopping block, your replacement is often interviewed while you're at work and in some cases, you're asked to train your replacement. Its a company that claims to have teamwork as a value, yet there is none in site.

Pros

There were some positive items, but they were far out-weighed by the negative items.

Cons

At first the company appeared to be somewhere you would like to work and make a career, even if the interviewing process was unbelievable. Once inside you became aware of a company that was not organized, consistent, or interested in addressing their issues. Their approach to the staff is not with thoughts of staff first, but rather close to the bottom of the list. The staff turnover was horrendous. The percentage of staff that left/joined the company each month was in the double digits, and not just in the low double digits. No communication between (senior) management and staff; good, bad, or in-different. Consequently, when there is a change it is a complete surprise. The company strives to be process oriented in their work, including staffing, recruiting, contracts, and cost management. However, at times their approach prevented them from addressing the “reality” of the situation.
