      Pros

      From start to finish my interaction with the company were clean and concise. The environment has a great family feel. CEO Alba Aleman is amazingly awesome. I've never worked for a CEO that was so approachable. She was always interested in learning more about her employees and what they actually did versus looking at you like a seat filler. She is so down to earth and warm. Great company with even better leadership.

      Pros

      This company is continually looking for ways to improve all aspects of its being. Whether improving services to its customer (striving for perfect CPAR scores), improving benefits to its employees (2016 saw significant improvements in the paid time off policies) or improving its internal processes (conducting lessons learned session), the company is always looking at ways to set itself apart from the competition. It's great to be a part of a winner.

      Due to it's size (small federal contractor) and limited resources, there are a lot of things employees would like to have, but can't have -- YET!

      Pros

      Working at Citizant you have the strength and capabilities of a large company with the flexibility of a mid-sized company. If you are looking for the ability to make a difference, if hard work doesn't scare you, and if you can focus on growing business without getting side tracked by what is common in any work environment, then this is the place for you. You will be held accountable for your work but isn't this what you want? Aren't you looking for a place you can leave a mark?

      Cons

      This is not a place for slackers or those who struggle with honest feedback. If you are looking for a job where you can coast and only build the same widget every day for years then this probably isn’t a place for you.
