The work environment is positive and collaborative, fostering and rewarding hard work. The commitment to customer service and growth is company-wide, starting with the CEO. Alba is passionate about growing the business and always mindful of employee needs.

Cons

Everyone wears multiple hats, which means hard work and flexibility are necessary. However, it provides the opportunity for learning and to expand one’s skill set.

I am consistently challenged in my position and feel I have the support of my manager any time. He always takes the time to listen and give helpful advice. The CEO is a caring person, approachable, and the first to roll up her sleeves and help in any way needed, and the first to show her appreciation for all you do.

Cons

Sometimes the communication chain is broken and the message gets lost.

Pros

Citizant is a company that cares for it’s employees. Over the past few year’s the country has seen it’s share of disasters (i.e., hurricanes, blizzards, etc). Citizant has been there for their employees. Providing assistance as needed. Sometime monetarily, other times by providing PTO coverage so as to allow employees to receive full paychecks. I have been with Citizant of over six years and can truly say that this organization is the best one I have ever worked for.

Cons

As with any government contracting company there is never a guarantee of work, but Citizant does it’s best to keep their employees covered even when between contracts and/or the occasional government shutdown.
