      Pros

      Full time hours are there. Get to learn a lot about all different types of watches. Learn and play with the techy watches. Great discounts for employees.

      Cons

      Commission is only 1% for the majority of the year. Commission structure could use some tweaking. Micro managing beyond the store manager.

      Great amount of hours, fantastic product, offers commission Great discount after your 90 days also spending allowance towards a watch

      Cons

      Store manager bad at communicating and training does not know how to delegate correctly with here manager Commission is only 1%
