I am impressed by the level of talent and commitment from my colleagues. If you see something and say something the issue will be fully addressed...although you are creating work for yourself because you get to be involved in the solution.

Cons

I don't have a con yet. The last place i worked was so toxic that Citizens is a dream. My supervisor is absolutely amazing. I guess you could work yourself to death if you didn't create boundaries but they encourage work life balance.
