Supportive Team - my colleagues and manager are friendly and encouraging Amazing Office - good dining options/ ample parking Lots of room to grow - online courses, bootcamps, project flexibility Constantly modernizing technology. Competitive Pay

Cons

Switch from remote to in person means that even though my work is largely online I have to come and work from an empty office. (though this may change in 2026). My team specifically doesn't have a lot of young employees (I'm straight out of college) but this isn't true for all teams.
