Compensation and benefits try to make up for a very stressful work environment

Compensation and benefits are good

Cons

Lots of sales pressure, abusive customers and lack of support makes it very difficult to do your job. Serious technology issues are not being addressed. Branches are constantly understaffed so even if you manage to keep your branch staffed, you’ll always be getting asked to send your staff to support other branches. Very little work life balance as a manager.

The best company I've ever worked for so far

Pros

Great PTO and flexible comp days and floating holidays.

Cons

The pay is not very competitive once you gain more experience and seniority. The pay increase isn't much for climbing up the ranks. Most people left the company to make significant raise in salary.
