great coworkers, horrible upper management

-Constant incentives to do better -Lots of employee support programs -Generous amounts of PTO days. -Good Pay -Great Coworkers -Great work/life balance

Cons

-Constant stress to push more and more sales calling it "Service" -Morning huddles always go over sales and sales and more sales and who got the most out of the regional branches. -Stressful fast paced work environment with little room for breathers. -Alot of no-call no shows leaving you by yourself with management doing nothing about it. -Will be reprimanded for even the smallest things. -Predatory products that you are heavily pushed to sell with ridiculous advertisement, including turning you into a walking billboard.

The pay could be better for a company this big.
