Pros

The hours and the customers are great.

Cons

They do not care about employees or customers. They look at employees like numbers and customers like dollars signs. They don't care if you personally meet your goals if the team doesn't meet theirs you get nothing. They don't give raises and they steady hire people that make 5+ more then you and expect you to willingly want to train them.

Great benefits, PTO, and room for professional growth. A lot of opportunities are provided to maximize your potential.

Cons

Anything usually expected from a large corporate environment. Can be a lot less personal, along with sudden changes on a yearly basis to fit business needs, which may or may not affect your position greatly.

-Management places importance in employee feedback, -They care about employee developement -Strong focus and dedication to both customers AND employees -They care, they care, they care!!!!!! -They have amazing recognition programs in place to recognize employees who go above and beyond. -The pay is good. -Absolutely amazing work atmosphere and team work attitude -They want everyone to succeed -They have many opportunities for people looking to grow within the company -They have amazing programs in place for giving back to the community -You definitely will feel like you are family here -If you are looking to grow and have the motivation they have the opportunities for you.
