Pros

I have been at Citizens for about a year now. Wow, what a world of difference from my last job! I truly have work-life balance here. People are very understanding of family time, and I close my laptop promptly at 5pm, and never work weekends with 0 backlash. I feel like I have emotional security here and can voice my opinion, without fearing my job could be in jeopardy. I can't say enough good things about this place and no, they are not paying me to write this review, ha! There are also 6 BRG's (business resource groups) to get involved in, and lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

You won't make a million dollars working here, but that's ok. You'll have a happy life with work/life balance and that's worth taking a small pay cut!

Pros

Working at Citizens is great because there is diversity and inclusion, and many opportunities for advancement. Also, management is very supportive and understanding.

Cons

One downside to working at Citizens is that there isn't an opportunity to earn commission or bonuses. However, they do offer credo points which allows you to purchase gifts or gift cards with points rather than cash.

Benefits are ok, time off is pretty flexible.

Cons

Very likely to be underpaid for the position...many people leave and come back in a few months to get the actual pay rate.
