      Pros

      SOME of the managers. some will really work with you and will help you with scheduling conflicts and time off needed. your manager will make or break your time at Citizens

      Cons

      unstable, always organizational changes. low morale after the IPO, you get paid more coming from outside the bank rather than being promoted within.

      Pros

      The hourly wage is fair-good. Some of the branch staff are ok. Fair stock options depending on your outlook for the company.

      Cons

      Very poorly structured and managed organization. Tons of micro-management to the point where it is insulting and overwhelming. HR staff are headhunters, no support after you start. If you take a job with citizens, you are simply a number. Turnover is epidemic (probably because the recruiters are pretty uninformed about the jobs they are recruiting for). Only about 2/3 remain for the first 90 days.

      Pros

      Great work environment when an in-store branch is run correctly. Held accountable to sales goals, but usually given freedom to reach them. The learning curve is steep, as it takes about 9 mos.-1 year before gaining comfort zone. However, once you've gutted it out the job can become second nature.

      Cons

      Personal goals are sometimes high depending on where you're located. Some regional managers have a tendency to micromanage.
