      Pros

      In my department, there was contact with many outside companies, so around Christmas, we always received nice gifts and food....a nice perk of the position.

      Cons

      If you aren't part of the "clique" you will be miserable, regardless of the quality of your work. Make sure that you find a way to fit the mold or you won't make it here.

      Great customers and fellow tellers!

      Cons

      Upper management is a huge joke of non workers who are leaners not leaders...and collect huge bonuses when the tellers run themselves rampant daily! All rules do not apply to everyone. Management pulls the management card when needed hut there is no confidentiality and or trust with them! Not a team in any sense of the word. Just a dramatic two faced mess from nearly every one.
