Pros
Liberal vacation the once you have a number of years employed.
Cons
Company looks at their employees as an asset rather than a commodity. They openly tell colleagues that if they can't or won't do the job, they will replace them with someone who will. They will eventually be purchased by another institution who will inherit a mess. Tends to hire very young people which have trouble in a professional environment.
