      Charter One is sales focused and ruthless!

      Pros

      The vacation time they offered was pretty decent as well as the pay. It has gone down for people who are just starting of course with the way the economy is. They will work very hard however offer over time in many situations.

      Cons

      the sales culture there is ridiculous. Talk about micro managing to the t. I love banking and dealing with people but the sales of it all has going to be ridiculous.

      - Great Benefits, they even pay part of you day care - Compesation is ok - Great Marketing - Good system

      Cons

      - horible hours - bad managment - high sales goals - bad incentive plan - rates arent that good - hard to move up

      Its a good place as a floater job but not a career in my opinion

      Pros

      It pays ok but its similar to the industry. They offer 401k upon hiring. Chances to move around in the company but must be buddy buddy with management.

      Cons

      Left alone to fend for yourself. Will not learn much unless you ask. Training is minimal. Focused only on hitting goals not of each individual employee.
