Pros

Great culture, entrepreneurial, good brand presence in the new york metro area and mid atlantic. Most colleague are smart, nice to work with and teams are not necessarily in the same location. So they embraced remote work long before it became a thing.

Cons

Shifting focus in other areas so de-emphasising certain groups and layoffs and restructurings are happening

I used to work here as a banker and absolutely loved the company. I only left because I wanted to pursue a different career and now I'm back doing what I love. They give great pay, benefits, PTO and my manager and team is great to work with

Technology sometimes but that's anywhere
