Good Job Security, Strange Culture

Pros

In the finance department at least, careers are very stable and the roles are highly valued, so you can have a dependable job regardless of market conditions

Cons

Understaffed, hours can fluctuate greatly depending on the time of year, a very top-down culture that really highlights singular performance. A good metaphor is that they try for home-runs all the time and not a lot of base hits.

Not much that are pros except the people I worked with.

Cons

Upper management only care about sales/goals/numbers. They reward people who make their numbers even if done unethically.
