Business Outlook
Pros
Small and close knit. Management team team is focused but since the company went public, its all about shareholder value. People at bank are very nice and friendly. Not a cutthroat culture.
Cons
Internal processes are not good. Many groups across the bank and understaffed and there is too much of a hierarchy and layers to get anything done. Striving to be a national bank but still acts like a regional bank. Pay is well below market.
