I have been at Citizens for a few years now and it has been a really positive experience. Culture is excellent, colleagues are accessible at every level. I also enjoy the focus on service ( to our clients and communities) and dedication to delivering a great experience and staying in top of innovative technology.

Cons

I have not come across any downside. I think it is a top tier employee.
