      Pros

      Great people to work with. Good mix of people who have come up thru the bank and have been brought in from the outside. Excellent place to expand your skills. Many projects to work on.

      Cons

      Within Technology, high level of contractors and consultants. Re-orgs are frequent with many unknowns - things will be "worked out over time". If you are the type who doesn't watch the clock, the bank will allow you to work those hours.
