Pros

Great start to your banking career. You can learn the basics there. Semi-easy to move up (possibly due to high turnover rate)

Cons

They only care about sales and opening accounts, not fostering the bank-client relationship. You will only get one day off a week (Sundays). They schedule "half-days", so you hit your 40hrs without OT; Which are pointless because you're pretty much there the entire day. Also, regional manager sucked.
