      Lots of promises, not much follow through

      First time having holidays off was nice

      Cons

      Scheduling in super market locations, being told to mess with your schedule so you don’t go into overtime. Not being able to take lunches for 10 hour days due to scheduling. Extreme micro management from top down. Extreme pressure to make sales and not very much benefit to making them other than not having management down your throat. Terrible bonuses and raises. Don’t receive raises of any sorts for taking on more responsibilities. The list can go on and on.

      Too much pressure for sales Noticed management doesn't really care about customers only for revenue Tellers pay raised to $15 and bankers are still at $16-17 everyone needs a raise

      Remote capability. Everything else is a con.

      Cons

      Constantly being told to work mandatory OT with little or no upfront notice to plan for it. No promotion potential even if you area top performer--the usual corporate BS. All promises, no delivery but expect you to constantly go above and beyond.
