      Decent Pay and decent amount of PTO

      I’m not going to say which merger. But, after Citrin purchased a smaller accounting firm and made it merge, things got worse.

      -depending on your team a lot of people willing to help outside of your engagements -recognizes talent and will promote fast

      Cons

      -Scheduling is horrible -Managers bypasses scheduling team and you're stuck hashing it out between managers because they refuse to communicate with each other -No time to decompress after busy season -Most folks have attitude problems

      What Pro's? Honestly there are none that I can think of.

      Cons

      Too much work, too little compensation and appreciation. Benefits virtually non existent and is a complete joke. Audit Staff get away with doing no working while seniors carry the load and get bombarded from above (management) and below (staff). Hours are terrible in and out of busy season. Uneven workload. Lots of turnover and just a complete mess overall.
