Pros

Generally a very good work environment. It's fast growing, but still has a small-firm feel. Most of the partners really want you to learn and are willing to spend time investing in up and coming professionals. They have a foundation, so they are community-oriented and engage the employees in opportunities to give back.

Cons

Because there are many different firms merging together, some are still set in their ways and do not follow processes.

Pros

Fast pace enviroment, a place where you need to have quick reflexes, quick thinking, and rapid decision-making skills. A full service accounting firms allows for career diversity.

Cons

Not a freindly environment. Very cut-throat and every man/woman for himself. Management tends to protect their book to a point that personal and client values are lost.

Pros

Don’t see any pros for this company. One cannot stay too long here, there is no growth in the long term.

Cons

Too much Micromanagement. Even if there is no work, leadership would force you to hit high utilization. Work life Balance is worst during the season and it is highly unorganized. People working in big 4s should avoid such smaller firms.
