      I work for Advisory BMFO, It's been 11 months with Citrin Cooperman so far my experience is great. 1. Employee exchange program (India to USA/USA to India) 2. Supportive management and team 3. No politics, No micro management 4. Night shift allowance 5. P units allotted to all employees which is great initiate, no other firm is giving this. 6. One-time bonus 7. great work life balance with only 7.5 billable hours per day which is below average than industry 8. Flexi Friday 34 hours per week on summers. 9. Team bonding activities, team outings, quarterly parties. 10. Busy season meal allowance, Monthly internet allowance. 11. As the firm in growing stage, management is continuously seeking improvement ideas and trying to implement best practices. 12. Firm sponsored certifications - CPA/EA.

      1. 3 months notice period 2. 6 days working for busy season. 3. Less leave balances, No leave encashment at year end.
