The people and management are friendly and good to work with, the work is challenging, there is a diverse client base, the work life balance is a strong plus (outside of busy season), and compensation/benefits package is one of the best among public accounting firms.

I started as an intern at Citrin Cooperman’s NYC office about a year ago. My internship experience was very enjoyable. My team members took the time to teach me various aspects and treated me great. They provided me with all the tools I would need to work in the field and were always available to answer any questions I had. Since this was my first internship as well as first experience working for a major organization, I was intimidated but the group made me feel comfortable in a very short period of time. At the end of my internship I was offered a full time position and was excited to accept the offer. Since my offer, I have been given many opportunities to expand on what I learned as an intern and I am given as many responsibilities as I can handle. The team is always supportive and I am very happy to be able to work here. This goes for all other departments as well; very friendly and caring people in this company!!
