      Sponsored happy hours, summer fridays, and sometimes you get to wear jeans on fridays for free, sometimes they make you pay $5.

      Cons

      Do not work in niche groups for this company, The company itself is experiences growth and they're forgetting the same company feel that made a lot of employees stay. Now a lot of employees are leaving for the lack of care they have given us. Also, HR fell apart in the middle of busy seasonl.

      Every person within this firm cares about you! The workers here are friendly and very professional, which makes going to work everyday much easier and relaxed. The firm is continuously growing, which is great. Every employee here is very approachable and helpful, especially being new to the company.

      Pros

      I joined the company based upon my experience with the people that I met during the interview process. They were friendly and professional and I got a great feel. It is a stable and growing firm. Senior leaders are accessible and care about the staff.
