The best thing about the Citrin Cooperman office is the close knit feeling that all the employees share in the office. There are plenty of activities that branch out to all employees, whether it be tennis in the summer, fun runs that help raise money for the Blythedale Children's hospital, happy hours. Another great aspect is that they always present opportunities for furthering education within the accounting field.

I have been working with the firm for almost 7 years and find the "open door policy" creates a team oriented atmosphere which reduces any competition within the office. Additionally, in my experience, the firm has always sought out the feedback and advice of employees on any improvement or changes the firm is looking to implement. I have felt a part of the growth and future of the firm and always feel I am supported and respected by people within the firm.

Cons

The cost of medical benefits is high, yet it may be market standard as medical prices keep increasing.
