      Pros

      I've been with the firm a long time so I know a lot of the partners really well - many of them are like family. They are really good people. I'm not an accountant but I feel respected and equal. The vibe in the office is great - nice people, the clients are really exciting and interesting, the place is clean and there's a huge lunch room with TV's. Tax season stress is rewarded with snacks, free lunch days, pizza night, cocktail hrs, etc. And family comes first.

      Pros

      This company offer their employees generous compensation packages, numerous growth opportunities and is open to work-life balance. At Citrin Cooperman you are not a number but a person. The CEO relates to the employees and is very approachable.

      None that I experienced. Really enjoyed working for this company.

      Pros

      The firm is experiencing tremendous growth and there is great opportunity for individuals to grow within the firm. The partners are friendly and have an open door policy. Management wants employees happy. They do not read minds, so if you have issues, speak up and they will try to help in any way they can. If you are hardworking and proactive, you will succeed.

      Cons

      This IS a public accounting firm. The nature of the industry includes longer hours during tax season and multiple deadlines at once. That is not a con, just the nature of the beast. Either embrace it or work in private industry, but don't complain about what is.
