I am in the NYC tax department, and couldn't be happier. The people who work here are just so talented, smart, and engaging. The management (partners, directors, etc) actually care about developing the staff, and take an active role in doing so. They want everyone to succeed. Hard work at this firm gets you so far. There is no limit to what you can do here, they won't hold you back and want you to be challenged. This is one of the only firms I've worked at where they want you to really know all types of tax areas--trusts, estates, high net worth, corps, partnerships, s-corps, etc. The training is high caliber and I feel as though I'm better off for it, as compared to my peers at other competitor firms. I just overall enjoy coming to work every day and developing my career.

Every person within this firm cares about you! The workers here are friendly and very professional, which makes going to work everyday much easier and relaxed. The firm is continuously growing, which is great. Every employee here is very approachable and helpful, especially being new to the company.
