      I joined the company based upon my experience with the people that I met during the interview process. They were friendly and professional and I got a great feel. It is a stable and growing firm. Senior leaders are accessible and care about the staff.

      Pros

      Citrin Cooperman is a great firm to work for. The staff care about each and every employee's well-being and needs. So much talent there. From staff members up through partners, everyone is always willing to give a helping hand. Great working environment and hard working people.

      Cons

      If you want to work for a tax/auditing firm- Citrin Cooperman is the way to go!

      Pros

      The people and management are friendly and good to work with, the work is challenging, there is a diverse client base, the work life balance is a strong plus (outside of busy season), and compensation/benefits package is one of the best among public accounting firms.

      Cons

      Mandatory Saturday work during busy season (but that is expected in public accounting).
