You are just a number here. This is a company made up of smaller companies that they bought and sometimes sell, so sometimes they fire employees before trying to sell that part in order to make the bottom line look better. They only care about metrics so if your position is difficult to measure you don't have a chance. Their 401k match is basically non-existant, they are trying to force employees back to the office, there's no cost of living adjustments. I was reprimanded for my availability even though I was always available from 9am to 5pm, so they will pressure you to work on evenings and weekends but cannot actually require it, but they will intangibly punish you for not doing so.
