However increment is not done based on the quality and quantity and it is some what biased.

Compensation is ok but they play favorites. Had to give one star cause zero stars isn’t an option

Cons

Treat their employees bad. Ask for communication but will cut you out and quiet fire you till you just leave. They are possessive over “their” people. Also nepotism at its finest in CA office.

Less than 40 hours of work per week on downtime season, unless you are going for a mid-level or senior position.

Cons

More than 40 hours of work per week when working before and after the quarter ends, end of year is hectic which goes till the next year. Not many career-advancing opportunities and very few company events for culture.
