Pros

Over my 5+ years with Citron I have not once felt disrespected or marginalized. Management knows how to communicate clearly and reasonably. This company is truly amazing. Their flexibility around each individual schedule is like nothing I've experienced before. You'll simply have to experience it to believe it. I'm lucky to have found a place here.

Pros

By far the best job I've ever had. If you're a college student and are looking for part or full time work then this is the job for you. Citrin allows you to pick your availability and they will work around that schedule (Friday afternoons and Saturdays are required though).

Cons

I work for the Automotive district (there's automotive, downtown, and restaurants). Only real thing that isn't too great is having to be here early. Morning shifts have a 6:50AM start time. But you get used to it.

- Great company culture, everyone is so kind and personable it definitely makes the job more enjoyable - Hybrid model which is a bonus - Again, the culture is just great. Friendly environment and employees that genuinely want you to do your best

Cons

- Would be nice if the pay was higher but understandable for what it is currently given the responsibilities of the role
