Pros

Managers are understanding and fair. Great people all around. CEO is a great guy. Restaurant staff are friendly, and 50% off at some of the best places to eat in Columbus is a huge plus. All in all, great place to work.

Cons

Managers will schedule you as much as you let them. My request for 15 hours a week had me scheduled for 30, (complained) 20 (complained) and then 15. They get incredibly short staffed during fall, so I can't say that I blame them.

Pros

Work alongside likeminded individuals (college students) in a fast paced hospitality position with high compensation. The 11/hour is great for daytime shifts and I find myself makin. Anywhere from 15-20/hour in nighttime shifts. There is huge potential for growth if you stick with it. Management is great and Joel (CEO) is very transparent and easy to communicate with if you have questions or concerns.

Cons

It gets very cold in the winter

Pros

They say its 10$ an hour + tips, in reality they cut you down to 3$ an hour if you make more than 10$ in tips.

Cons

Horrible scheduling. Disrespectful management. Horrible scheduling. A mess of a company. They lose half their staff every 2 months they treat their employees so badly.
