      Pros

      Quick hire, flexible, good management, health benefits for some employees.

      Cons

      Minimal advancement, no raises or additional compensation for tenure only through promotion which most of the time changes the location of where you work. Doesnt do much to protect employees when they’ve been mistreated by the dealership we’re working at. I think that any action taken towards one of the employees at the dealership could negatively impact their reputation and contract with said dealership so they don’t take the risk.

      The people at the dealerships were cool,

      Cons

      my manager was a total micro manager, accused me of lying and going slow when I stayed an extra minute to help THE CUSTOMER. all because he wanted to go to lunch. I quit literally that day.

      Easy, chill atmosphere. Cool co wokers

      Cons

      bearing managers, didnt tell me about the uniform that was coming out of my paycheck, also the people that work in the car wash do all the work and only get paid a dollar more that the drivers.
