Many organizations say it but few deliver on a culture that truly cares for its people. At Citrin, every day, you see that its Team Members come first. It is great environment for everyone to learn values and leadership skills that help people develop.

Cons

Citrin is a place that will push you outside of your comfort zone. Some may not like the push.
