      Pros

      Transparency top to bottom. Since day one at Citrin I felt like I could trust my co-workers, team members, and superiors to push me to be the best version of myself. Citrin's allowed me to make mistakes and learn from them to be better and do better for the company.

      Cons

      We're in growth mode so you have to be ready and willing to take on what's needed!

      Pros

      Besides the transparent and honest management, another great aspect of this place is the team's collaboration and support for one another. The company also provides ample opportunities for growth and development, making it an ideal place for career advancement. Additionally, the work environment is positive and motivating, which helps to boost productivity and job satisfaction.

      Cons

      While there aren't any major drawbacks to working here, it's worth noting that the workload can be challenging at times. However, this can also be seen as a positive, as it offers opportunities to learn new skills and take on exciting projects.
