Weekly pay is a good thing.

Cons

No training, managers at site are disrespectful, they never come and check if I'm doing good. I have to do others people job for them.

Pros

Awesome opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Higher hourly wage than most other valet jobs. Leadership that truly cares and will work with you to meet your goals. Fun work, as long as you don't mind running!

Cons

Difficult to make above your hourly wage from tips (hourly wage is 12 an hour for restaurant division. If you crash, you will have to contribute to the payment (up to 500 dollars).
