Pros

1. Amazing coworkers and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. 2. The potential to grow within this job is very satisfying as I am a shift lead and hope to grow more as time passes. 3. The pay is great as we get paid weekly. 4. Flexible scheduling due to the fact that there’s things we have outside of this job that’s is important as well and it’s great to see management be understanding to that. 5. Management is great, treats us well, always there for us and we all can easily get along and have fun with each other since we are around the same age.

- Great pay (averages ~$15-$20/hr) - Keeps you in shape - Drive many cool cars

Cons

- Terrible management - Management ignores your availability and will schedule you when you aren’t available - Management ignores issues that are brought up often by multiple people - The majority of valet stands are rusty, have no umbrella, and are broken in some way. Management refuses to fix this - Job can be really stressful at times when it is very busy

Providing flexible scheduling is super important to us, just know that every September in Columbus we face the same challenge with the back to school transition. It places a lot of unfair pressure on our team (including managers) and know we are working hard to get this rectified.
