Pros

Citrin really values it's workers and the time spent in and outside of work. They do their best to make sure everyone is feeling okay and that they are in the right location/position. Also, growth within the company is phenomenal.

Cons

The work/life balance can be challenging sometimes when you are being contacted 24/7 outside of scheduled hours. Also depending on what location you are mainly at the culture of the job can drastically change.
