Pros

The culture is one that embraces both personal and professional growth. The company promotes within as much as possible and really invests in their employees. The values are more than just a poster on the office wall, they are lived everyday. Leadership is very connected to the employees at all levels. New ideas are encouraged and embraced. Citrin offers competitive benefits and wages. Many top level leaders started out in hourly roles.

Cons

Limited amount of growth opportunities at certain levels due to the smaller size of the company.
