Horrible management, good money

- Great pay (averages ~$15-$20/hr) - Keeps you in shape - Drive many cool cars

Cons

- Terrible management - Management ignores your availability and will schedule you when you aren’t available - Management ignores issues that are brought up often by multiple people - The majority of valet stands are rusty, have no umbrella, and are broken in some way. Management refuses to fix this - Job can be really stressful at times when it is very busy

Hi, Thanks for taking time out to leave us feedback! I am sincerely disappointed to hear that you aren't having a great experience and we would like to learn more about your concerns to address them. Providing flexible scheduling is super important to us, just know that every September in Columbus we face the same challenge with the back to school transition. It places a lot of unfair pressure on our team (including managers) and know we are working hard to get this rectified. The good news is that we anticipate being back to normal staffing levels by the end of the month.
