We have a great team of recruiters at Citrin. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive, which makes coming in to the office easier! Great work-life balance. It can get busy and sometimes overwhelming with loads of interviews but it's rewarding at the end of the day when you've made some offers and filled positions. Fantastic culture - I love the weekly company-wide chats. They help to get to know the rest of the team who don't operate out of the home office, and they create a family-feel in the workplace. The monthly bonuses for hiring are motivating and greatly appreciated as well. I also love how there are opportunities to grow with the company and learn more about other areas outside of recruiting (marketing, HR, etc).

Cons

A 401k and maybe opportunities to earn more PTO would be nice.

Hours get cut without explanation sometimes, some people do more or less than others
